Our goal is to enhance the development of gaming communities. Our analytics and SaaS offerings link video game publishers, content creators, esports teams, and social platforms to create enriching experiences for audiences.

We are seeking a seasoned accountant or controller to manage all facets of financial oversight, which includes accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget preparation, and forecasting, along with the establishment of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Cash Flow, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Generate timely monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting and fiscal regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.

Human Resources:

  • Prepare and ensure compliance of contracts in collaboration with external partners.
  • Manage employee benefits.
  • Apply labor laws in conjunction with external support.
  • Oversee HR Information Systems.
  • Administer payroll processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
