About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
    • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Commercial Control
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Management and Leadership
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in financial software and systems.
