Job Title: Senior Finance Manager for HP P3D Polymers
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at HP Development Company, L.P. as a key advisor to senior management for the HP P3D Polymers business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Owns the end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet of the HP P3D Polymers business unit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
- Team Management: Manages a team of exempt individual contributors, driving talent management, employee selection, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee development, and coaching in career development.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with leadership as a strategic partner, influencing the future direction of the respective segment and aligning business and finance strategy to generate sustainable, profitable growth.
- Financial Analysis and Modelling: Provides financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions, leveraging expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Oversees the review and analysis of key controls within the financial process to ensure compliance with relevant legal and accounting requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Experience: Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer-centric, strategic thinking, team management, financial analysis and modelling, corporate finance.
