We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at HP Development Company, L.P. as a Senior Finance Manager for HP P3D Polymers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end financial support for the HP 3D Polymers business, providing strategic recommendations to senior management, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of exempt individual contributors
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial and strategic aspects of the business
- Own the end-to-end PL and Balance sheet of the HP P3D Polymer business unit
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business
- Oversee the review and analysis of key controls within the financial process to ensure compliance with relevant legal and accounting requirements
- Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner, influencing the future direction of the respective segment and aligning business and finance strategy to generate sustainable, profitable growth
- Drive talent management, employee selection, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee development, and coaching in career development, and operational management
Requirements:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
