Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Payroll Specialist. This is a full-time position located in W Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of monthly payroll for the hotel, supported by the Director of Human Resources and Director of Finance.
  • Act as a first point of contact for all things payroll related and support the HR Director with all other aspects of Human Resources.
  • Lead a team of seven HR professionals and focus on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Qualification in Relaciones Laborales and/or nómina (payroll) and relevant experience in payroll and/or finance, ideally in a hotel environment.
