Main Responsibilities:- As the primary point of contact for HR matters, the HR Manager will provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and learning and development.
- Oversee and plan resourcing and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with Global HQ guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for Europe-based employees.
- Conduct performance reviews across departments and foster positive employee relations.
- Plan, report, and execute ad-hoc projects as required.
- Proven experience working in an international environment, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- 4-5 years of management experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish legislation and European business acumen.
