About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
- Meet daily activity KPIs.
Requirements:
- Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
- 1-2 years relevant sales/business development experience.
- Fluent German and English speaker. Additional languages beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
