**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Information Associate to join our team at PrimeVigilance. As a Medical Information Associate, you will play a critical role in providing medical information to healthcare professionals and patients in English and Swedish.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle medical information enquiries in English and Swedish, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
  • Assist in the growth of our medical information department, working closely with our pharmacovigilance team to ensure seamless integration of medical information and pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Prepare responses to enquiries based on research in the literature and collaboration with physicians internally and with pharmaceutical client internal departments, if applicable.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.

**Requirements**

  • Undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Process-oriented and critical thinking.
  • Responsible approach to work duties.
