Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our portfolio of managed services, ensuring that they are highly automated, cost-effective, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a common framework for our managed services across all portfolios and markets.
- Act as an advisor to drive common and best practices into the development of our managed services.
- Capture requirements from end customers and support teams to define an optimal customer experience.
- Feed requirements into the service console, ITSM implementations, and help desk structures.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing with a proven record.
- Able to manage and understand global customer trends.
- Support product manager with the "run" phase of the services.
- Emphasis on resolving conflicting requirements within OpCos, Global portfolios, and operations.
- Driving product strategy in line with global business and commercial priorities (revenue growth and new customer acquisition).
- Focus on automation, SLAs, and design to cost principles.
- Working with Global Product Managers within the team to ensure alignment of roadmaps to market requirements and global service framework and blueprints.
- Identifying/working with product partners and determining how they will support the creation of new products.
- Define product cost & pricing strategy, establishing suitable product differentiation, value-add & execution strategies to underpin product's success.
- Manage all in-life and end-of-life requirements to optimise global product performance, capability, and commercials, initiating resolving actions where necessary.
