Program Manager ITSM

Our ideal candidate has a university degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent experience. They should have at least 5 years of professional experience, with relevant experience in managing large projects, preferably with exposure to ITSM implementations. ITIL knowledge and certification is a plus. The candidate should be confident with a "can do" attitude, have strong communication skills, and be able to work in teams. System-thinking and handling, as well as project management certification (Prince II, PMBok, Agile PM, etc.), are considered a plus. Agile thinking and working is a given. The candidate should be able to work in a multi-cultural and international matrix environment, interpret multiple requirements, and prioritize them. Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing, is required. Any other European languages are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the program independently, ensuring it meets time-scope-budget objectives
  • Coordinate and communicate with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues
  • Ensure the program follows best practices and standards for IT service management and project management
  • Support change management and adoption of the new ITSM tool within the organization
