Your Profile and Added Value

We are looking for a highly experienced project manager with a passion for IT service management. You will lead the implementation of our new ITSM tool, ensuring a corporate standard for IT service management across all our European countries. As a Program Manager ITSM, you will:

  • Manage the program independently, ensuring it meets time-scope-budget objectives
  • Coordinate and communicate with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, taking appropriate actions to mitigate them

Requirements:

  • University degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent through experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in managing large projects, preferably with exposure to ITSM implementations
  • ITIL knowledge and certification is considered a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • System-thinking and handling
  • Project management certification (Prince II, PMBok, Agile PM, etc.) is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
  • Any other European languages are considered an advantage
