Project Manager

En Acerta, estamos buscando un/a Project Manager cuya misión será liderar proyectos de edificación residencial en Málaga, gestionando la comunicación con el cliente y la coordinación de todos los intervinientes. El objetivo principal es asegurar el control de costes, plazos y calidad, así como tareas de H&S y de control financiero del proyecto.

Responsabilidades:
  • Auditorias de proyecto técnico, ingeniería de valor, redacción de informes técnicos, etc.
  • Preparación de documentación para petición de propuestas a proveedores. Comunicación con los mismos, negociación y adjudicación de paquetes de obra, incluidos instalaciones.
  • Liderazgo del proyecto y sus intervinientes para la consecución de los objetivos del cliente en coste, tiempo y calidad.
  • Supervisión la ejecución de las obras con espíritu proactivo, detección precoz de posibles desviaciones en los objetivos y propuesta de soluciones o acciones preventivas o correctivas.
  • Comunicación con cliente, dirección facultativa, OCT y constructora.
  • Gestión financiera interna de cada proyecto. Control de Capex.
  • Supervisión de entrega de obras y puesta en marcha.
  • Cierre financiero de proyectos.
Perfil:
  • Arquitecto/ Ingeniero de Edificación.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como project manager en proyectos de obra residencial.
  • Nivel alto de inglés en conversación (C2).
  • Alto grado de responsabilidad y autonomía.
  • Experiencia en gestión de Licencias y procesos administrativos, prevención RL, etc.
  • Experiencia en planificación de proyectos/obras y en supervisión de proveedores.
  • Se valorará experiencia como jefe de obra y como project manager de proyectos de construcción.
  • Dominio de Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCad y Presto.
