Job Title: Integration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to join our team at RAW iGaming Ltd. As an Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing integration projects from initiation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Continuously report project updates and status in the project reporting system
  • Define project scope and deliverables with the Integration Manager
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goals
  • Monitor project team performance and provide guidance as needed
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards
  • Work closely with QA teams to define and improve testing strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Oversee the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testing
  • Oversee the transition of the project to account management
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in project management (integration projects experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
