- Identify emerging studios and support the development of our Game Partner Strategy, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Provide feedback to our management team on market trends and client feedback, ensuring we remain competitive and customer-centric.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Monitor project teams to ensure support on client integration and contract completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Gather valuable information from customers and competitor data, informing our product development and marketing strategies.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients, as well as internal executives, communicating our value proposition and company vision.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business, leveraging your expertise in business development and relationship building.
- Drive qualified operators to contract phase, preparing information and submitting contract requests, ensuring seamless contract execution.
- Work strategically with our Chief Business Development Officer to quickly move operators through the commercial process, ensuring timely and successful deal closure.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial sales or an equivalent position, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in a Business Development department in the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in Business-to-Business commercial activities, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding people skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting methodologies, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance over operational metrics, with the ability to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients, with a strong understanding of the importance of building relationships.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
