About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development of innovative and functional packaging solutions for our pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement packaging strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets regulatory requirements and customer needs
  • Source and evaluate packaging suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
  • Manage packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Identify and mitigate packaging-related risks and challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure packaging solutions meet evolving needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
