French Business Developer Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify robust sales opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets.
  • Engage with a portfolio of assigned accounts, uncovering customer needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, often cold calling, to C-level decision makers, quickly building rapport and assessing business requirements.
  • Understand and address prospect pain points, connecting business needs with our Cloud solutions through solution-selling techniques.
  • Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and accessible for seamless sales processes.
  • Work collaboratively within a larger sales team, contributing to the growth of our customer base across EMEA.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in French, with fluency in English.
  • In possession of a EU member state passport or of a valid Residence Permit for Spain.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working towards individual and team quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
Desirable:
  • 1 year of IT outbound sales experience.
  • Proven success in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts.
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and navigate complex business conversations.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and tenacious, with a strong desire to achieve goals.
