About the Role

adMarketplace is a leading marketplace for search advertising, empowering top global brands to diversify and elevate their Search Engine Marketing efforts. As a Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and high-performing team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify, connect, pitch, launch, and grow the biggest brands in Spain and across Europe, leveraging your expertise in complex sales cycles and dynamic organizations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers who control significant Performance/Digital advertising budgets, showcasing your ability to secure ad budgets, market goals, and performance tracking data assets.
  3. Pitch solutions that meet the unique needs of clients, rather than simply promoting products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  4. Conduct thorough research on clients to inform your outreach and pitches, and represent adMarketplace at industry conferences and events to win new clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data via Salesforce, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the team.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in pitching to VP-level and above.
  2. Proven winner with a deep desire to close big deals and earn large commissions, with a strong ability to think on your feet and handle objections.
  3. Relationship-builder with a sales cycle of more than two months, comfortable discussing technology and data-driven solutions.
  4. Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bonus points for experience with Google Slides and Salesforce.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the search/pay per click/performance advertising market and its intersection with brand marketing.
  6. Highly analytical mindset and ability to ask tough, thoughtful questions, with a strong sense of urgency and competitiveness.

This role will be based in Spain, preferably in Madrid but open to Barcelona, and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the search advertising industry.
