About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Neurons Lab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate and close deals.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  3. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identify new partnership opportunities, and develop and execute partnership strategies.
  4. Client Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop and execute client engagement strategies.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and partnership development, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
