About the Role:

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Expert at Hitachi Vantara Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and customer satisfaction through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and lead high-quality improvement projects across the organization, focusing on process optimization and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management teams and functional experts to understand business objectives, challenges, and vision.
  • Develop and sustain CI processes, tools, and training on various methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and 8D.
  • Drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, and improvements achieved through the application of CI methodologies.
  • Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Requirements:

  • L6S BB certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and leading CI projects across multiple locations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing global programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
  • Other languages are considered a plus.
