**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Electronics Engineer for Process Improvement to join our continuous improvement team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CI/CD and a passion for improving production processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, monitor, and implement new production department processes according to industry standards.
- Lead the implementation of new standards and detection of improvements through the definition of value chains.
- Participate in the creation of indicators, dynamics, and actions involving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate in the resolution of process/safety problems by providing vision and operations to the manufacturing areas.
**Requirements**
- Knowledge in electronic engineering, industrial organization, or similar.
- Knowledge of production processes and industrial standards.
- Proficiency with ERP's, process management, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with quality standards ISO, AS/EN, IPC...
- High organizational and planning skills.
