Job Title: Head of HR Conflict Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Conflict Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an HR Conflict Management Framework for the global workforce, leading the identification of current gaps in the HR conflict management process, and defining a strategic framework that integrates all these different processes and phases for an adequate HR conflict management integrated in the dynamics of OCBA teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement an HR Conflict Management Framework for the global workforce
  2. Lead the identification of current gaps in the HR conflict management process, including preventive initiatives, typology of events, grievance mechanisms, investigation and case management, governance and decision-making, framework of sanctions and support measures, follow-up of recommendations, appeal mechanisms
  3. Define a strategic framework that integrates all these different processes and phases for an adequate HR conflict management integrated in the dynamics of OCBA teams
  4. Define a 2-year strategic plan to guide the deployment of an HR Conflict Management culture in OCBA, specifying the strategies and resources for the next annual and strategic plans
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR conflict management, with experience in designing and implementing conflict management frameworks, leading teams, and working in a fast-paced international environment. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
