About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer to join our team at Italenters. As a key member of our Identity Lifecycle & Access Provisioning (IL&AP) cluster, you will play a crucial role in developing and continuously improving our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and configuration of our One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services.
  • System maintenance and execution of operational tasks.
  • Incident analysis, problem, and change process handling for IAM service.
  • Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services.
  • Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within collaboration tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken fluently.
  • At least 5 years of working in the field of system administration and IT operations.
  • Preferably experience working with a modern IGA software tool like One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, or similar.
  • Performance management of applications, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Software automation and monitoring (PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Pipelines).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
