Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer to join our team at Italenters. As a key member of our Identity Lifecycle & Access Provisioning (IL&AP) cluster, you will play a crucial role in developing and continuously improving our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and IT operations, with a focus on Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for the administration and configuration of our One Identity Manager (1IM) environments, as well as the management of integrated identities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and configuration of One Identity Manager (1IM) environments.
  • Management of integrated identities and services.
  • System maintenance and execution of operational tasks.
  • Incident analysis, problem, and change process handling for IAM service.
  • Management of cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services.
  • Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within collaboration tools.
Requirements
  • Degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in system administration and IT operations.
  • Preferably experience working with modern IGA software tools like One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, or similar.
  • Performance management of applications, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Software automation and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
