About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our IAM solutions, ensuring their resilience against attackers, and maintaining efficient access management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IAM software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects and product owners to define service changes and new demands.
  • Design, implement, test, document, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM solutions in an agile DevOps approach.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, engineers, and customers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IAM services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and development, with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with modern IGA software, such as One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of software development tool sets, languages (e.g.,.NET, VB.NET, Java, C++), and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL).
  • Experience with performance optimization of applications and databases, API development (REST or SOAP), and operating systems (Windows, Linux servers).
  • Software testing experience and knowledge of agile software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, processes, and security, risks, and governance.
  • Technical expertise and interest in IT security, Identity and Access Management, and related fields of technology.
