Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Document and troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Autodesk software, staying up-to-date with new features and releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving process improvements and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, ensuring accurate and concise information for customers.

Requirements

  • Advanced user of Autodesk AEC software, including Revit and Navisworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and German.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific software and workflows.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
