About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autodesk, a leading software company in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and documenting solutions for our knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with a variety of technical issues and questions related to Autodesk software, including BIM 360.
  • Document problems and solutions in clear and concise articles for our knowledge base.
  • Research, verify, and document product issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
  • Experience using building design software, preferably Autodesk software.
  • Experience in the AEC industry, with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, and other related products.
