Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Account Manager Pharmaceutical to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial or life science professional to take on a key role in supporting sales management and external account managers in the pharmaceutical market across the Iberia territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales management and external account managers in sales activities in the pharmaceutical market across the Iberia territory.
  • React to customer requests and needs, and undertake routine correspondence.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop bronze low and other selected customers to maximize sales and profit.
  • Execute remote sales activities, including preparing, coordinating, negotiating, and closing proposals, as well as responding to requests for quotations.
  • Identify high-potential accounts and collaborate with the sales team to set up strategies for converting prospects.
  • Identify, prioritize, and contact prospects.
  • Maintain CRM and pricing updates.
  • Complete relevant reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role in distribution or a similar B2B business in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
