KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Quality Assurance Manager for Suppliers, your primary responsibility is to uphold packaging quality standards by proactively identifying and addressing supplier quality challenges through effective collaboration with suppliers and various internal teams.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining supplier quality agreements along with performance metrics.
- Conducting supplier audits, pinpointing non-conformities, and collaborating with suppliers to formulate corrective action plans.
- Verifying that supplier materials and products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements through thorough inspection and testing.
- Investigating and resolving supplier-related complaints concerning quality issues.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures for quality-related challenges.
- Monitoring supplier performance and providing regular updates on supplier progress.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes pertinent to supplier quality management.
- Overseeing the maintenance and standardization of quality documentation related to packaging.
