We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Brenntag. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our relationships with pharmaceutical customers across the Iberian territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales management and External Account Managers in executing sales strategies and activities in the pharmaceutical market.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and needs, and undertake routine correspondence to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting prospects into customers.
  • Manage and maintain CRM and pricing updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Complete relevant reporting and administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role in distribution or a similar B2B business in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
  • Commercial or life science education.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good understanding of English (speaking and written).
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across all levels and functions.
