About the Binance Accelerator Program

Binance, the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our Accelerator Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives user growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that incorporates performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning.
  • Build and manage a user success funnel, including oversight of key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
  • Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through competitive benchmarking and data-driven performance marketing.
  • Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies.
  • Develop and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing planning and execution, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto, blockchain, and technology space.
  • Data-driven and performance marketing mindset.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
  • Language skills: Spanish and Advanced English.
