**About the Role**

Binance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy that drives growth and awareness of the Binance brand.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning.
  • Build, manage, and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
  • Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing and competitive benchmarking.
  • Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program.
  • Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities, and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing.
  • Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
  • Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
  • Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
  • Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
  • Experience in community management and events is a plus.
