As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy that drives growth and awareness of the Binance brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Build and Optimize User Success Funnel: Build, manage, and optimize the user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
- Grow Active User Base and Awareness: Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage Affiliate Relationships and Partnerships: Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and Manage Online and Offline Communities: Develop vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program.
- Organize and Execute Events: Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities, and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree or Above: Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in marketing.
- Marketing Experience: Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
- Spanish Virtual Asset Exchange Experience: Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
- Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
- User Growth Experience: Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
- Language Skills: Language skills: Spanish and Advanced English.
- Adaptability and Communication: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
- Community Management and Events: Experience in community management and events is a plus.
