Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning to grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand.
  • Build, manage, and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
  • Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing and competitive benchmarking.
  • Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop a vibrant online and offline community, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program.
  • Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities, and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing.
  • Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
  • Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
  • Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
  • Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
  • Experience in community management and events is a plus.
