About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Program Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft and drive programs across various organizational realms, leveraging your exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to lead by influence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and conceptualize strategic programs, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.

As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Enabling data-driven decision making for our management team
  • Designing and conceptualizing strategic programs, including data analysis
  • Leading and overseeing program execution from inception to completion
  • Coordinating and guiding all involved parties in their respective streams
  • Taking ownership of specific streams, ensuring their success
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Reporting to our executive management on program progress and outcomes
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling. You should have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
