Key Responsibilities- Drive discussions with senior leaders and their teams to define and steer key projects within the company's transformation programs.
- Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
- Lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ensure day-to-day management of the program, tracking progress against plan, and ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project team.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships, understand their priorities, and develop tailored recommendations.
- Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs, identifying risks, and proactively managing issues.
- Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program sponsors, tracking progress, and securing appropriate staffing.
- Develop, drive, and mentor junior resources on the project, providing guidance and insights.
- Direct and support the improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools across the SPO team.
- Good understanding of Criteo's strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Strong belief in the need for transformation and understanding of its importance.
- Understanding of Criteo's product and business lines, as well as their dynamics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional or operational projects within Criteo.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture beyond operational challenges.
- Exposure to senior leadership and a strong relationship with LT members is a plus.
- Exposure to M&A projects, either from a global strategic perspective or from a functional perspective, is a plus.
