About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Tuberculosis Group at the Instituto de Salud Global de Barcelona (ISGlobal). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Group Leader, Alberto García-Basteiro, and contribute to the smooth running of research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, events, and trips related to research projects
  • Support the Group Leader with administrative tasks, including communication with stakeholders and management of research projects
  • Manage the communications and website of the research group
  • Provide general administrative support to the Group Leader and team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biology, Global Health, Political Science, Sociology, or related fields
  • Professional Training in Administration
  • 2+ years of working experience in administration or personal assistant roles

Language Requirements
  • English: C1 (essential)
  • Spanish: C1 (essential)
