Overview

The Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Special Projects Programs, ensuring the smooth and effective execution of services offered to students.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and organizing program sessions efficiently.
  • Managing the schedules of educators involved in the programs.
  • Coordinating requests for teaching materials with the Documentation department and ensuring the timely upload of documents and syllabi to the online platform.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with students throughout the program, providing essential information, addressing inquiries, and facilitating their engagement.
  • Performing administrative duties such as processing invoices, managing travel expenses, and overseeing financial advances.
  • Arranging travel logistics for faculty members.
  • Analyzing and compiling survey results.
  • Creating presentations and informational content using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Assisting students during the admission process, including managing application submissions and formalizing enrollment.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in undertaking specific tasks to support the program's effective development.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, as this role necessitates daily use of both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Competencies in project management, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • An international perspective, with experience in diverse cultural settings.
