Program Coordinator for Special Projects in the MEA Region

Are you prepared to be part of a vibrant team of experts transforming the educational landscape?

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Program Coordinator. This position entails overseeing the execution and daily administration of projects and activities associated with IE's corporate programs, primarily focused on the Middle East, but also extending to other areas. Responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison among participants, faculty, and various IE departments; coordinating diverse tasks and program elements; managing communication channels; facilitating program logistics and operations; and assisting faculty members to uphold exceptional standards for our corporate participants.

This role reports to the Program Manager and regional manager, and will involve interactions with all faculty, participants, different IE departments, and external partners necessary for program execution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Participant Engagement:

Engage with corporate participants to address concerns, provide guidance, and offer support with professionalism and empathy on a daily basis. Collaborate with class representatives alongside other team members to manage relationships. Assist corporate participants encountering academic challenges or other issues within the programs. Oversee (both written and verbal) communications with corporate participants, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions. Utilize feedback from corporate participants to identify enhancements to their experience with IE. Support participants and faculty throughout the program lifecycle.

Collaboration with Faculty and Departments:

Coordinate with professors to organize program sessions and excursions. Communicate with faculty to address participant requests or provide support to Program Management. Gather feedback, ensure timely submission of grades and syllabi, and offer ongoing assistance to faculty and teaching staff. Work with other IE departments to guarantee a successful experience for participants.

Internal Development:

Take initiative to learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver high-quality programs. Actively collaborate with Program Managers to align on the preparation and execution of programs. Support the Program Manager and team to ensure accurate delivery of program proposals and implementations. Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance internal processes, templates, and guidelines. Attend to all administrative and logistical responsibilities to ensure seamless operation of the program and department.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is advantageous. Proficiency in English and Spanish; Arabic is a plus. Cultural sensitivity to manage a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong project management skills. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
