About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  1. Recruitment and Internship Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, control, and management of internships, as well as the publication of job vacancies and group dynamics.

Selection Process Monitoring

They will also be responsible for monitoring selection processes on various platforms for all interns in the organization.

Implementation of Internship Agreements

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for implementing internship agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Employer Branding and University Relations

They will also be responsible for employer branding tasks, including contact with universities, career forums, job boards, job fairs, and events.

Scorecard Updates and Trainee Support

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up and updating the scorecard, as well as serving as a reference point for trainees in the organization.

Exit Interviews and Training Participation

They will also be responsible for conducting exit interviews and participating in the organization of trainings, events, and forums in universities and business schools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Enthusiasm and Proactivity

You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with a passion for perfumes and luxury brands.

Attention to Detail

Attention to detail is essential, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Language Skills

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French being a plus.

IT Skills

Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel, is necessary, with 2D and 3D modeling programs being a plus.

Previous Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is valuable, but not essential.
