**Job Summary**

Blaine is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for assigned customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Follow up on sales orders and account receivables with clients regularly to ensure timely payment.
  • Inform immediate superiors of customer updates and activities to ensure seamless communication.
  • Promote Blaine's products to existing and potential customers within the defined sales territory and industry categories.
  • Submit required sales reports on time, including weekly/monthly itineraries, weekly accomplishment reports, monthly/weekly sales forecasts, and expense reports.
  • Ensure that sales are collected on time in accordance with agreed payment terms set by Management.
  • Assist the Credit and Collection Department in collecting and/or setting aged receivables.
  • Contribute and suggest ideas towards improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the Company.
  • Attend seminar lectures conducted by suppliers and participate in industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Benchmark and monitor competitors' activities and strategies to stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
