**Job Summary**
Blaine is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for assigned customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Follow up on sales orders and account receivables with clients regularly to ensure timely payment.
- Inform immediate superiors of customer updates and activities to ensure seamless communication.
- Promote Blaine's products to existing and potential customers within the defined sales territory and industry categories.
- Submit required sales reports on time, including weekly/monthly itineraries, weekly accomplishment reports, monthly/weekly sales forecasts, and expense reports.
- Ensure that sales are collected on time in accordance with agreed payment terms set by Management.
- Assist the Credit and Collection Department in collecting and/or setting aged receivables.
- Contribute and suggest ideas towards improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the Company.
- Attend seminar lectures conducted by suppliers and participate in industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Benchmark and monitor competitors' activities and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
**Requirements:**
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
