Responsibilities

As a Facilities Operations Manager at Motel One Madrid-Plaza de España, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and upkeep of our hotel facilities, which includes:

  • Overseeing the functionality of equipment, elevators, and technical systems throughout the hotel to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Managing ongoing maintenance, repairs, and enhancements of the hotel’s infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and service providers for technical assistance.
  • Conducting daily inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues, followed by executing necessary repairs and renovations.
