Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the utilities, maintenance, and facility benefits budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinate the payments of vendors and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Oversee facilities operations, including building systems, equipment, and utilities, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate the tools and equipment of employees, including laptops, mobile phones, and corporate credit cards.
  • Supervise office clerks and couriers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience supervising an office in a multinational organization.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for improving and a proactive nature.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration skills.
