About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Club Operations Manager to join our team at Amber-Green Facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sports facilities, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including setup, logistics, and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
  2. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for users. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns.
  3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including sports teams, event organizers, and sponsors. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Operations Support: Assist with various operational tasks, such as inventory management, supply chain coordination, and data entry.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management, event management, or business administration.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in event management, sports operations, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Language: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
