About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Club Manager. As a key member of our club management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned football clubs, with a focus on implementing brand activations during football matchdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of brand activations during football matchdays, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Consult with football clubs to increase the return on investment of their commercial rightsholders by organizing live workshops in their stadium.
  • Act as a venue manager during home matches of partner clubs for both national league and UEFA matches, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.
  • Support the business development team in acquiring new clubs for the AIM club portfolio, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the international club management team to guide and accompany the matchday process, ensuring consistency and excellence across all clubs.
  • Lead on-site matchday crews, ensuring the highest club satisfaction during national and international matches.
  • Support the brand business development team in improving digital perimeter appearances of commercial partners at your club, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Full-time position in our Madrid club management team, open to graduates with business, marketing, media, literature, or legal degrees. Previous experience in football is a plus.
  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills in English (any additional language is a bonus).
  • Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and guidance in event management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience communicating with top-tier clients, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized working style, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexibility.
  • Process-oriented self-starter approach, with the ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice.
  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, resourceful, and successful working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented ways of working, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Enthusiasm, passion for, and a strong interest in sports, entertainment, advertising, and learning more about sponsorships in football.
