The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our scooter fleet and ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our scooter fleet, ensuring that it is in good working condition and meets our high standards.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate with our operations partners, mechanics, and rangers to ensure that our fleet is intact, active on the street, and meeting our key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain close relationships with city officials and partners to ensure that our operations are aligned with their needs and expectations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze our operations performance in different cities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our performance.
- Communication and Best Practice Sharing: Share best practices and insights with local markets, identifying opportunities to improve our operations and implement new strategies.
- Support to Expansion Team: Collaborate with our expansion team to execute in-region expansion, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our growth plans.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, warehouse management, or similar roles.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to give directions and supervise our operations partners and mechanics.
- Technical Knowledge: Interest in the mobility sector and good technical understanding.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English language skills.
- Adaptability: Experience in a startup or other fast-changing environment.
- Travel: Willing to travel.
