About the Role

Our Operations team doesn't just keep things ticking over. They're given complex problems to solve, and they create elegant, scalable solutions that keep pace with our growth plans. We're looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to help us solve tough problems in our global fintech.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Building and optimizing scalable processes to support our hyper-growth
  2. Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end to end
  3. Exploring and defining project priorities and setting timelines to reach goals quickly
  4. Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
  5. Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
  6. Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

Requirements

  1. At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
  2. 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  3. Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
  4. A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
  5. A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
  6. Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
  7. An interest in the financial industry

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
