About the Role

The Customer Success Manager Security Architect is responsible for driving adoption and client usage of identified Security products. This role involves use cases, deployment, and value realization, as well as upsell opportunities and renewal conversations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep technical expertise and communicate effectively with clients to showcase IBM solutions and their compatibility with client stacks.
  • Identify use cases, design solution architectures, and build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to drive expansion and renewal growth.
  • Guide IT executives through changes needed to realize the full value of expanding their adoption of IBM's products.
  • Facilitate use case exploration and business framing workshops, and create client value realization models.
  • Lead technical conversations to persuade clients to act based on requirements and value provided by IBM's solutions.
  • Create post-deployment customer success plans to increase post-launch, active user adoption of IBM's products.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4-5 years of work experience working with automation and/or integration products (RPA, API management, Integration Bus, Automation Platforms).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (written, verbal).
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and mother language level in Spanish.
