Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, including at least two years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial services, direct-to-consumer, and/or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
