Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Coordination Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Distribution International team, you will be responsible for coordinating global distribution and order processing for our oral care products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Export Document Preparation: Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Freight Forwarding and Shipping: Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange and track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures.
- Customer Reverse Management: Analyze and optimize export processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Research and evaluate best practices and emerging trends in process improvement, process automation, lean process management, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate, validate, and execute process improvement solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to other team members on the use of digital platforms, applications, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, international trade, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience as an export clerk.
- Skills: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc. Proficient in SAP R/3 (SAP key user, SD and MM modules) and Microsoft Office.
- Language: Very good English and German skills (spoken and written).
