Job Title: Senior Specialist Global Trade Compliance

Organon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Global Trade Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our Global Logistics Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for import/export across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of world-class import/export practices to optimize business processes and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic and tactical stewardship for global trade compliance systems and processes to assigned markets, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive 100% compliance with laws and regulations for import/export under a LEAN mindset.
  • Collaborate with regional experts to develop a global sustainable compliance process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade, Global Tax, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an import/export role with knowledge of trade compliance processes and global supply chain.
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory environments such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and/or Health Care.
  • International trade business acumen, including tariff classifications, customs valuation, license management, and free trade agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
